We ship worldwide, and our top goal is to deliver the fastest and safest possible delivery to our buyers. We provide free express delivery worldwide using DHL Express, UPS and Fedex.


SIS is located in South Korea.  All products are shipped from SIS.


Once your order is received, please allow 1-2 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouse pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. If we are experiencing an unexpectedly high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Once your order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking details. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Delivery delays can occasionally occur and we can’t guarantee shipping times.


  • 7-12 business days to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Spain.
  • 15-20 business days to the rest of the world

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at zskinny@naver.com right away.  We will only replace damaged goods within 72 hours of a ‘Delivered’ status. Please note our Refund Policy.
